About Laura-Min
Laura-Min Proctor, partner, is a wealth advisor with the 1935 Wealth Management Team. She works with a select number of family office level clients on traditional investments, trust and estate planning, lending, and philanthropy. She also advises interested clients on impact investing. Over the last 15 years, she has had the privilege to steward nearly $2 billion of assets invested with impact. She co-founded William Blair’s cross-functional working group to advance the firm's ESG initiatives. She is also the co-chair of the Community Impact Steering Committee, which facilitates the William Blair Foundation grant-making. Before joining William Blair in 2016, she spent eight years with J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an investment specialist and advisor. Laura-Min helped start Center for Independent Futures, a not-for-profit organization that supports individuals with disabilities. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and on the Investment Council of the Evanston Community Foundation. She lives in Evanston with her husband and two young children.
